This privacy policy applies to the website visari.ch and all associated subpages. 3.1 When visiting the website

When accessing our website, the following technical data is automatically recorded:

• Operating system
• Referrer URL
• Pages visited

This data is processed to ensure the smooth operation of the website and to improve our service. No assignment to a specific person takes place. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR / Art. 31 nFADP).

3.2 When contacting us (email)

If you contact us by email, we process:

• The content of your message

This data is used exclusively to process your inquiry and is not passed on to third parties. Legal basis: contract initiation or legitimate interest.

3.3 When applying as a model

If you apply as a model, we process:

• Your name, age and contact details
• The photos you submit
• Additional information you voluntarily provide

This data is used exclusively to review your application and — upon acceptance — to perform the contractual relationship. In the event of rejection, photos are deleted within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Legal basis: contract initiation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

4. Cookies and tracking

Our website currently does not use cookies or tracking tools. Should this change, we will update this privacy policy accordingly and — where required by law — obtain your consent.

5. Hosting and data processing

Our website is hosted via Vercel Inc. (USA). Data may therefore be transferred to the USA. Vercel has committed to comply with appropriate data protection standards. Legal basis for the transfer: legitimate interest in operating the website and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) in accordance with the EU Commission.

6. Transfer of data to third parties

In principle, we do not pass on your personal data to third parties unless:

• You have expressly consented
• There is a legal obligation
• The transfer is necessary for the performance of the contract (e.g. to hosting providers)

7. Data security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Transmission takes place in encrypted form (HTTPS/TLS).

12. Special notes on AI image generation

As part of our service, AI-generated images are created that are based on licensed likenesses of real persons or on fully synthetic models. The processing of biometric data (photos) takes place exclusively with the express consent of the persons concerned and within the framework of a specific licence agreement under Swiss law (Art. 28 ZGB). All generated images are labelled as AI-generated in accordance with the EU AI Act.
