This guide explains everything you need to know before applying as an AI model at Visari: how it works, what you can earn, and what rights you retain. No sales pitch. Just facts.
Basics
The term sounds technical, but it's simple: an AI Model is an AI-generated representation of a person used for commercial advertising. Modelling with Visari means: no studio, no casting, no appointment. At Visari, there are two types:
A fully synthetic AI Model. No real person serves as a basis. The appearance is generated entirely by AI.
The AI Model is based on the licensed likeness of a real person — you. Your photos serve as training data. The generated image resembles you, but is not a direct photograph.
As a registered Visari Model, you work in the Human Origin category. Your real appearance is captured photographically once, used to create an AI model, and the original photos are then deleted. What remains is a digital model that we use exclusively for curated, reputable advertising purposes.
Requirements
Visari is not looking for glossy models. We're looking for people. Real, diverse, expressive individuals — because brands today need authentic visual worlds. Modelling has never been this accessible.
All age groups. Senior models, business types, young adults, parents. Diversity is a requirement.
No beauty standards. What counts: charisma, naturalness and a clear photo.
Modelling works without prior experience. No portfolio, no agency, no casting. The process is designed for everyone.
No professional equipment. A current smartphone with a good camera and a bright room is all you need.
Earnings
There is no fixed salary. The model is a revenue share: you receive a defined percentage for every commercial booking by our clients. Depending on project scope, potential earnings of CHF 225 to CHF 3,250 per booking are possible. With a one-time effort of just 30 minutes from you.
Single Campaign
Per booking for a standard campaign. Multiple images for advertising, online shop or newsletter.
Larger Projects
Per booking for extended campaigns with broader use across various channels and formats.
Your effort: a one-time approx. 30 minutes from home. After that, you earn automatically with every booking. All amounts are potential earnings, depending on booking frequency and project scope.
Additional Bonus
Exclusive: on the first booking by a client, you receive CHF 100 in addition to your regular fee.
Revenue Share
With every commercial use of your model, you automatically receive a defined percentage of the license income.
Passive
After the one-time onboarding (approx. 30 minutes), your effort is done. Bookings and payouts run automatically.

Step by Step
Short form: name, age, 2–3 photos. No CV, no portfolio. 5 minutes.
Photograph your ID, short live video. Automatic, no appointment. 2 minutes.
Receive an illustrated briefing. Take approx. 5 photos at home and upload. 15 minutes.
Sign the contract online digitally under Swiss law. Then earn automatically with every booking.
Application (5 min.) + Verification (2 min.) + Photos (15 min.) + Contract (5 min.) = Done.
Transparency & Security
The biggest concern is loss of control. We take that seriously. Here, without any marketing spin, is exactly what the contract covers.
We jointly establish in the contract which industries and content types are excluded. No use for alcohol, tobacco, political or erotic content. Contractually binding.
You can revoke your consent at any time. A contractually defined transition period applies for ongoing campaigns. No penalties.
Original photos are used solely for training and then deleted. What remains is the trained digital model. Compliant with Swiss nDSG.
You can work in parallel for other clients, agencies or projects. Visari makes no claims on your future activities.
What you do NOT give up: Your copyright, your identity, your right to your name, your personality rights under Art. 28 ZGB.
What you DO grant: Defined, time-limited and content-limited usage rights to your likeness for commercial AI-generated images.
Open Questions
Every booking is reviewed by Visari before approval. Clients must disclose the campaign and intended use. Anything not specified in the contract is not approved. All AI-generated images must be labeled as such (EU AI Act).
Yes. You are notified by email for every booking, including the client name and usage context. Full transparency is a fundamental principle of our business.
The AI model is created once and remains as-is. Changes to your appearance have no impact on the existing model. You can request an update at any time or revoke your consent.
No. Your name is not shared with clients. The AI model has its own neutral model name. Your identity remains protected.
Covered by contract: complete deletion of all data and models upon closure of the business. No resale to third parties.
